Production
Laboratory studies are done and after results the products are released. To achieve these high standards and quality, training for personnel are organized regularly. Το maintain sustainable development “research & development” and “know-how” studies are carried with our personnel and university academicians. Besides innovative thinking and being open for all ideas are encourage. Consequently Mint Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Limited has got 20 registered brands.
In addition to above topics, validation for air, validation & calibration for equipment’s and machinery is reported regularly. Laboratory Activities
Microbiological analysis, physical and chemical tests are performed on raw materials before production as per the pharmacopeial requirements or in house developed and validated methods. During production all testing (chemical, physical & IPQC) is performed as per developed SOP in accordance with WHO/FDA, DRAP guidelines. Mint Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Limited have robust QMS system which is in-line with latest national and international guidelines, all SOP’s (standard operating procedures), BMR (batch packing record), STM (standard testing method), SCP (standard cleaning procedures), Validation protocol, Quali cation protocol and stability studies protocols are as per latest international guidelines i.e. WHO, FDA, PIC/S, ICH.
Product Range
Tablets: Various nutraceutical tablets are manufactured according to customers need approved by regulatory bodies.
Syrups/ Drops: Syrups/ Drops for various indications are manufactured using high quality products. Both with sugar and sugar free liquids are manufactured according to customers need fulling all the regulatory requirements and approvals.
Sachet/Powders: Various plain, combinations and avored powder are manufactured and packed elegantly accordance with the regulatory requirements.
Lozenges: Lozenges is the back bone of Mint Pharma-ceuticals (Pvt.) Limited. Most of the leading brands in Pakistan are manufactured by Mint Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Limited. Cough is the main segment for lozenges however digestion, general health, immunity, iron, Vitamin C & other supplements formulations are also manufactured according to the customer needs. Various elegant blister shaped / Designed, pillow wraps are being produced with different shaped i.e round, square & triangle as per customer need by maintaining all regulatory requirements.
